New app helps find Covid-19 vaccination appointments in France easily
The application is based on the online search tool Vite Ma Dose and allows users to search for the nearest available appointment in their department

An online search tool, which rapidly shows all available Covid-19 vaccination appointments in each department, is now available as an application, downloadable on iOS and Android devices.
The application is called Vite Ma Dose de Vaccin and is available for free. It is developed by the Covidtracker.fr team, which offers the same search tool online. You can find a link to it here.
The application and the online tool allow users to input the department they live in and the engine immediately offers all the Covid-19 vaccination appointments available nearby. It shows appointments available at vaccination centres and pharmacies.
Users are able to book the appointments via the dedicated booking sites Doctolib, Maiia, RDOCLIC, KelDoc and mapharma.net.
The site is updated two to three times per day to show the latest available appointments.
The online tool allows users to search by commune, department or postcode while the application only offers searches by department.
Covidtracker.fr is a website that offers visualised statistics and data on the Covid-19 pandemic in France and internationally.
It was set up by Guillaume Rozier, 24, in March 2020.
He launched the Vite Ma Dose tool on the platform at the beginning of April this year.
