This 11th-Century crypt is connected to musical frescos and a famous tapestry

This Romanesque crypt is the oldest part of the town's cathedral, dating back to the 11th Century.

The crypt features frescos of 18 angel musicians, dating from around 1412 (and restored in the 19th Century). The angles play instruments such as the oboe, the bagpipes and the harp.

The cathedral is also thought to have been the original home of a UNESCO-listed tapestry, which was probably made in the south of England.
