Bloctel efforts are blocked
I wonder how many people have been subjected to the inefficiency of Bloctel this week?
I received an email on June 5, telling me my registration expires on June 4 and I must visit their site before June 3 to renew. I tried to log in but it did not recognise my email… the one it had written to. So I re-registered and awaited the validation email.
This morning they tell me I already have an account, have I forgotten my password?
Faced with such incompetence I vented my wrath on Facebook, not at Bloctel because there seems to be no way to contact them. Four other people have experienced the same thing.
So not only do Bloctel not block nuisance calls, they can’t run their own website either.
