Customers having bought the product are advised to take it back to the shop for a refund

Smoked salmon is being recalled to Carrefour shops around France
Published Modified

Smoked salmon is being recalled to Carrefour branches across France because of a “labelling anomaly”.

The product concerned is a Delpeyrat-branded pack of eight slices of Scottish smoked salmon, weighing 260g.

The product’s:

  • Barcode is 3067163649634

  • Batch number is F2570028

  • Use-by date is January 20, 2023

It was sold in all Carrefour supermarkets across France between October 10 and 19.

The expiry date is thought to be wrong and people having bought the salmon are advised to take it back to the shop for a refund.

You can find out more about the recall on the government Rappel Conso website.

The recall procedure will come to an end on February 4, 2023.
