Clocks starting to tell correct time again

Electric clocks which have been running slow for several months are starting to pick up time again and should be back at the correct time in coming weeks.

A Balkan dispute was blamed for the problem which saw the electricity supply frequency fall, slowing clocks that use frequency to keep time.
