Connexion reader overcharged by TLS Contact for French visa
Here they share their experience of getting a refund
Following your recent articles and letters about problems with visa applications through the company TLS Contact, we were able to get an appointment at TLS Contact London and, eventually, a visa.
However, TLS Contact made a mistake during the appointment process and overcharged us.
They accepted that they had made a mistake, but it took 12 months and the threat of legal action to get a refund.
I would like to stress how important it is that if a reader is overcharged during the visa application process, they insist on an immediate refund.
Thanks for highlighting the challenges of dealing with this mediocre company.
