Disposable vapes recalled in France due to packaging error

Four types of disposable electronic (e-)cigarettes have been recalled across France, after their packaging was found to be missing crucial safety information.
The Caesar 9000’ e-cigarettes, or vapes, were listed for recall on the website of the government consumer safety watchdog, Rappel Conso.
These affected vapes are:
They were sold in vape shops across France between February 1 and April 24, 2024.
The products were all recalled for the same reason, which is listed as: “marketing of products in the absence of the supplier's name, address and number, and in the absence of hazard pictograms, warning, danger and precautionary statements, and the tactile index of danger.”
This missing information could increase the risk of these products, which contain potentially harmful chemicals, being misused or ingested.
People who have purchased these vapes have until November 30 to return them to the point of purchase. Otherwise, the products should be thrown away.
They should not be consumed under any circumstances.
