A woman has refereed a French Ligue 1 football match for the first time.

Semi-professional Stéphanie Frappart, who officiates at Ligue 2 games, issued four yellow cards during the Amiens-Strasbourg fixture on April 28.
It serves as training ahead of the Women’s World Cup, which kicks off in France in June.
