Geneva legal bid to block new motorway
The city of Geneva is launching a legal challenge against a new autoroute to the south of Lake Geneva between Machilly and Thonon-les-Bains.

It considers that the project, which supporters say will “free up” an area lacking major road infrastructure, will detract from a new commuter rail route.
