Gold hoard found as house is demolished

Demolition workers have found a hoard of gold coins in a house in Brittany, 600 of which were hidden in a brass First World War shell casing.
Dating from 1870 and Belgian king Léopold II, the coins are worth €200,000. The fortune will be split between the site owner and the workers.
