Last paper phone books sent out in France
Paper phone books have been distributed for the last time.

The directory, known inform-ally as le bottin and now rarely used due to the internet, will become a museum piece.
The firm that operates the pages blanches and pages jaunes is no longer obliged by law to produce paper directories.
Nine million books were distributed in 2019, although some departments opted out, including Haute-Garonne, Hérault and Gard.
