Montpellier cable car plan could leapfrog traffic jams

Traffic jams could be on the way out in Montpellier after politicians called for a cable-car link to the airport ahead of local elections.

Plans from 2014 costed a link to the city’s two railway stations at €5million per kilometre – and €25million/km for a tram.
