Chris Cole (Letters, January) laments not being able to watch BBC iPlayer in France. We can’t even though we still pay a UK licence fee. The same is true for Sky. You can’t easily move mobile phones or cars between EU countries.
It shows what a sham the so-called cherished principles of freedom of movement are.
