Can takeaways deliver food in France's new lockdown?
During the last lockdown some places, notably pizzerias, offered takeaways. Does this still apply?

It does. Unlike première nécessité items, stores that sell non-essential products or services, such as bars, restaurants, book shops, florists, clothing, toy, stationery and newspaper outlets, have been encouraged to offer takeaway sales during the second lockdown by Prime Minister Jean Castex.
Many shops already provide click-and-collect services after the spring lockdown, including major supermarkets, clothes retailers and libraries, and details of how to use them can be found on their websites or social media pages.
For takeaway food, AideAuxRestaurateurs offers a national directory of restaurants, broken down by various cities and regions, that provide takeaway meals, and it is also worth checking Deliveroo and UberEats for more details about what is on offer in your area.
The Interior Ministry said strict health Covid-19 protocols for picking up and delivering items will be maintained, including social distancing, wearing a mask and the use of hydroalcoholic gel during the preparation of orders and after delivery.
To collect purchases from a supermarket or any other shop, you will need an attestation dérogatoire de déplacement, and tick the second box "achats de première nécessité".
