Taxi fares between Orly Airport and Paris’ city centre should not be dependent on the number of passengers as there is a fixed rate.
The rates are set at:

€53 for Airport Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle to the Rive Droite (right bank) of Paris

€58 for Airport Paris - Charles-de-Gaulle to the Rive Gauche (left bank) or Paris

€37 for Orly Airport to the Rive Droite (right bank) of Paris
-
€32 Orly Airport to the Rive Gauche (left bank) of Paris
It should be noted that Parisian taxis without fixed fare rates can charge an extra €4 per fare for taking a fifth passenger.
In 2022, the minimum fee four a taxi journey remains fixed at €7.30, as in 2021. This includes taxis in Paris and everywhere else in Metropolitan France.
In addition, taxi fares are capped at:

For journeys to and from Toulouse Blagnac airport, fixed rates vary between €15 and €45 depending on the area of the city.
