Care homes can cost €3,154 in Paris

Prices are higher in urban areas, and especially Paris and Hauts-de-Seine where residents pay €3,154, while in rural areas such as Meuse it costs €1,616, in Vosges €1,642 and Vendée €1,658.

Commercial Ehpads, most often in towns where building land is expensive, were dearer while public and non-profit homes, most often found in rural areas, were cheaper.
