Opt in to opt out of SFR

Telecoms and cable company SFR has been criticised after automatically opting-in customers to new paying services and making it difficult for them to opt out to avoid the €3-€5 cost.

Its Privilège service offers vérsion originale film series, sport or entertainment but the real entertainment comes when trying to cancel because users found the only way to cancel was to opt in to another offer... to unsubscribe to Résiliation option privilège...
